What we collect

When you create an account or place an order, we collect your name, phone number, delivery area, and login email. We do not collect or store your card or mobile money details — payment is confirmed directly with you over WhatsApp.

How we use it

Your details are used to fulfil and track your orders, to contact you about an order on WhatsApp, and to show you your own order history when you log in. If you leave a product review, your name is not shown publicly alongside it.

Who can see it

Order and account details are only visible to you and to the store's admins. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, other than the extent needed to deliver your order (e.g. a courier we arrange delivery through).

Your choices

You can ask us on WhatsApp at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
