Terms of service

Orders

Placing an order is a request to buy — it is not confirmed until we verify stock and payment with you on WhatsApp. Prices and availability can change without notice until an order is confirmed.

Payment

We currently confirm payment manually over WhatsApp (mobile money or card details you provide directly to us) — we do not process live card payments through this website.

Delivery & pickup

Delivery and pickup options, fees, and timeframes are shown at checkout and on our Delivery & Returns page, and may change from time to time.

Returns & exchanges

See our Delivery & Returns page for the current exchange window and conditions. Items must be unworn with tags attached.

Limitation of liability

We aren't liable for delays or issues caused by couriers, payment providers, or events outside our reasonable control. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
